At Auberge des Sources, the restaurant is at the heart of the house.


The cuisine is contemporary, shaped by seasonal, locally sourced produce, in close connection with producers and the rhythm of each harvest. The menu evolves regularly, following the work of the market gardener and the availability of ingredients around Druyes-les-Belles-Fontaines.

The wine list follows the same approach, with a selection largely focused on cooler-climate vineyards. Food and wine pairings will gradually become part of the experience.

The restaurant welcomes around twenty guests, in a dining room defined by simple materials — wood, cast iron, stoneware — reflecting the region. A separate lounge offers a quieter setting to extend the moment, and a few outdoor tables are available in warmer months.

A small number of guest rooms complete the house, for those who wish to extend their stay.
